TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Condition of Equipment:
    The carrier is provided in clean and working condition. The renter has inspected the car seat and agrees it is suitable for use.

  2. Proper Use:
    The renter agrees to use the carrier only as intended and according to the manufacturer’s instructions. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and appropriate use based on the child’s age, height, and weight.

  3. Assumption of Risk:
    The renter understands that improper use of a carrier may result in serious injury or death and assumes all risks associated with using carrier.

  4. Release of Liability:
    The renter releases and holds harmless Just Another Wagner Adventure, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, damage, or loss resulting from use of the rented carrier.

  5. Damage/Loss:
    The renter agrees to return the car seat in the same condition as it was rented, minus normal wear and tear. The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period and agrees to pay the full replacement cost if the seat is lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged.

  6. Sanitation & Accidents:
    The renter agrees to inform Just Another Wagner Adventure of any accidents involving the carrier. A cleaning fee may apply if the carrier is returned excessively soiled.
