Condition of Equipment:
The Toniebox and all accessories are provided in clean and working condition. The renter has inspected the Toniebox and all accessories and agrees it is suitable for use.Proper Use:
The renter agrees to use the Toniebox and all accessories only as intended and in a safe manner. The Toniebox and all accessories should not be exposed to liquids, extreme temperatures, or rough handling (e.g., dropping from heights, forcefully hitting).Release of Liability:
The renter releases and holds harmless Just Another Wagner Adventure, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, damage, or loss resulting from use of the rented Toniebox and all accessories.Damage/Loss:
The renter agrees to return the Toniebox and all accessories in the same condition as it was rented, minus normal wear and tear. The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period and agrees to pay the full replacement cost if the Toniebox or any accessories are lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged. Normal wear and tear includes minor surface scratches or scuffs but excludes cracks, dents, water damage, or electronic malfunctions caused by misuse.Sanitation & Accidents:
The Toniebox should be returned clean and free of sticky residue, dirt, or other debris. A cleaning fee may apply if the Toniebox or any accessories are returned excessively soiled.
