After picking up our rental car (the best way to explore Puerto Rico), we headed inland to the charming mountain town of Villalba. Our home for the next few nights was a treehouse hideaway surrounded by jungle views and birdsong.

We spent the afternoon soaking in our private hot tub and enjoying the fresh mountain air before heading into town for a cozy dinner. This quiet retreat was the perfect way to ease into vacation mode.
